Stan Grice, President & Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Grice has over twenty-five years in health care, focusing the last 14 years in the radiology/medical imaging arena, serving as founder and President of two companies: Integrated Medical Technologies, a healthcare IT company, and Affiliated PET Systems, an advanced imaging provider. He has extensive professional experience in business development, strategic planning, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions with multi-specialty physicians, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and manufacturers. In 1997, he established corporate development initiatives for Oncology Affiliates, Inc., a start-up oncology company funded with $16 million in initial capital. In 1999, Physician Health Corporation, with annual revenues reaching $125 million, engaged Mr. Grice to serve as its Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. In that capacity, he led its medical and radiation oncology development initiatives, which included mergers and acquisitions, provider network development, new product development, growth strategies, clinical trials, and international partnerships. Following graduate school at Tulane University School of Public Health, he worked for National Medical Enterprises. Mr. Grice serves on the advisory board of several health care technology companies, is a member of the Association of Community Cancer Centers, Society of Nuclear Medicine, and is actively involved as community fund raiser to aid patients care initiatives.
Robert Bridwell, M.D. – Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bridwell is a subject matter expert in advanced diagnostic imaging, with a specialization in oncology. Dr. Bridwell has assisted over 350 imaging centers and trained over 600 radiologists throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Dr. Bridwell is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nuclear Medicine and completed his Nuclear Medicine Fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. At Walter Reed, he implemented and served as medical director of the PET/CT program. He has held academic appointments at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, and also at the University of Texas, San Antonio. He is a member of both the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the European Society of Nuclear Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Bridwell serves as Medical Director for IBA of North America, Inc. and provides consulting services to its members and serves as Chief Medical Officer of Integrated Medical Technologies. He has developed or co-developed educational and technology products that include PETLinQ™, a referring physicians guide on when to use PET CT, and RISLinQ™ a fully integrated Radiology Information System.
Dan Weikart, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Weikart has over fifteen years of professional experience with much of that time focused on health care IT. His experience spans from consulting in various operational divisions across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to small private start-ups. In addition, Mr. Weikart is a successful entrepreneur having founded, built and sold Incremental Technology Consultants, Inc., an IT services firm specializing in healthcare Information Technology. His project experience includes implementing a nationwide enterprise web system connecting patients with their EHR-bound medical information, establishing services for a State information exchange and consulting to a fortune 100 health care insurance company adopting a more effective program delivery structure. He is passionate about applying Lean and Agile methods, techniques and practices to efficiently develop high quality products and services.
